We are all faced with the age old question of what should you wear when you enter the ring. It of course depends on what level of compeition you are showing in (4-h, open, regional, Congress, etc.), what area of the country you live in as well, what breed you show and what the class is (SMS, pleasure, HMS, etc.). That sure is a lot to consider isn't it, especially if you are just starting out and new to the show ring!
We heard about an interesting trend that is starting to take place here in the Midwest were we live and show and I hope it reaches farther than just around here. People wearing what they are comfortable in and love, even if it is a couple years old and not this year's "in" style. We thought how novel to show in what makes you confident and present yourself and your horse partner in the best manner... isn't that what this is all about? We hope you see that trend coming to your area too.
